Bio
Coach Haddon has been at the helm of the Skyline College wrestling program since August 2001, building a legacy of excellence in both competition and student-athlete development. His dedication to the sport and passion for education have shaped the program into one of the most respected in the region.
A proud graduate of Southern Oregon University (SOU), Coach Haddon earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching. As a student-athlete at SOU, he was a force on the mat, finishing as the third-most-winning wrestler in the program’s history. His stellar career earned him recognition as a Roman Greco All-American and a two-time Collegiate NAIA All-American.
Under Coach Haddon’s leadership, Skyline College has become a breeding ground for success. His athletes consistently excel both academically and athletically, with the program producing 12 All-Americans at the 3C2A level. In the past five seasons alone, the Trojans have had 3 state finalists, including one state champion, marking a period of significant achievement.
Coach Haddon’s coaching philosophy is centered on hard work, discipline, and developing the whole athlete. He focuses on preparing his wrestlers for success on the mat and in life, helping them grow as leaders, students, and future professionals. His commitment to excellence ensures that every athlete under his guidance is ready to reach their full potential.
