Suhail Mohammadi
Title: Assistant Coach (2nd season)
Previous College: Fresno Pacific University

Suhail enters his second season as an assistant coach for Skyline. The Trojans qualified for the state tournament in his first season, with six of seven sophomores being offered at the end of the year.

Suhail attended Carlmont High School, where he was a two-time conference MVP and two-time First Team All San Mateo County. He then moved on to play at Foothill College, where he helped lead the team to a 23-5 record as a sophomore starter. Although he had no offers to continue playing at the four-year level after his successful JC career, his passion and abilities drove him to earn a scholarship after a year of further development.

Suhail accepted a scholarship to Fresno Pacific University. He played two seasons, appearing in 49 career games, with 24 starts.

Following his playing career at FPU, Suhail was selected as a member of the Afghanistan National Team, following in the footsteps of his father Wahid. He traveled to Dubai, India and Amsterdam representing his country.

Suhail is connected to the Skyline program through his younger brother Masie. Masie played one season for the Trojans, where he was named All-State honorable mention, before signing a full scholarship.

Suhail earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from Fresno Pacific University in 2017.
